my mom was in banking for 35 years she had accounts at Alterna, I have closed my accounts at RBC (customer for 45 years), Alterna provides real service, a face to face experience whenever you want, Angela Hollands has looked after all my needs since my moms passing 2 years ago...I look forward to more of the personal banking experiences that can only be found at Alterna....

I walk in to this building on Wednesday and some lady from this department grab me and yank me back and questioned me like i was up to something wrong. Maybe because I’m black but I’m really upset that happened and I might file a police report against this lady. So unprofessional?
