Sorry, guy was supposed to cancel my policy when they wouldn't cover my new house as the roof was over 25 years, so he sent me to a broker to get a quote.Last thing I said to him was okay so you will cancel the existing policy then? Oh for sure...nope.We spent over 4K with these people a year on insurance.Moving on.

Recently my wife, Nicole, and I switched over to Allstate and Tony George was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He listened to our needs, made recommendations, was very prompt in his responses, and we are very satisfied that we made the switch. I can’t stress enough how disappointed I was when I actually had to file a claim with Tony George. He was unbelievably unprofessional when we explained to him that we were getting charged incorrectly and he asked “if we wanted to die on that hill”. So it was very apparent that he didn’t have our best interest at heart and wasn’t willing to correct the errors he had made , and we had ZERO communication back from him after we had mentioned the errors. I will never ever be an Allstate customer again because of the lack of professionalism and care for customer service shown by Tony. He didn’t even try to make it right. A little effort would have went a long way and he chose to not communicate at all.
