One of the worst insurance brokers I’ve ever dealt with.

From the very first phone call, he was dismissive. I sent an email outlining my insurance situation and try to follow up several times, but he never responded—no email replies, no returned calls, nothing. I even left voicemails, but it was like he disappeared.

Regardless of whether he wanted my business, the least he could have done was provide a proper response. Ignoring potential clients like this is incredibly unprofessional and irresponsible. I’ve never had such a bad experience with an insurance broker before.

When I moved to Halifax I didn’t know anything about who would be best for insurance. Romy was extremely knowledgeable, he not only made sure I was getting the best price in the city but he explained how and why. On top of that above and beyond, even if I wasn’t getting insurance through him for something he would always point me to the right direction. He’s the absolute best in HRM and I would recommend any friends and family to him and I often do.
