We have been with Allstate since 2018. I still have Amanda’s email from 2016. Never had a claim so far so I don’t know how the process will go. So I can’t comment how their process will go. We only have the 2 cars with them. Lately dealt with Tony Loi and he fixed the errors we had on the 2 vehicles 🚗 Our insurance went down. Actually there should have been a credit… Oh well

I want to say that this is not a review of the specific location but of Allstate as a whole. While the rates may look good, the customer service you receive when you file a claim and require help is terrible.

We filed a claim over 2 weeks ago and have been hoping to get some updates as our rental vehicle is expiring soon. They provided us with a claims adjuster who will not pick up our calls or answer any emails. It feels near impossible to reach them. There is no clarity at all as to what the next steps would be.

I would recommend taking your money elsewhere.

They tried to take money from an old bank account after I updated them with my new account information, my old bank charged me a fee for this and they waved their fee - although they’re not really waving anything as opposed to just fixing their own wrong. Then second month my bank did not allow them to take two months payment at once… I called them same day asking to pay again but they insured me there will be no fee on their end if I bring them a bank letter of apology proving it was no fault of my own. After giving the letter they still charged me a fee on their end for not paying same day - this time they said they would not wave the fee on their end because of a previous wave… do with that as you will, they don’t care about their costumers and go back on their own word

Absolutely worst customer service. Change address on my auto and property insurance almost month ago. They were supposed to have sent out our new policies and pink slips. Never recieved. Now postal strike looming. Tried to call and 90 minutes on hold and gave up. 6 months ago when we bought new car same thing happened and had to call to have them send again if they even sent the first time. This is totally unacceptable as we have been with them over 10 years and never had a claim. Maybe I'm old school but I still expect service we paid dearly for. Don't bother saying to email you because I have no faith anyone will answer that either. And I don't have Google play or whatever yo download something.
