It is my pleasure to post a review of my experiences dealing with Allstate Agent Samantha Mattie. Several years back we suffered a large financial loss of personal items. Allstate rallied resources for them to be replaced necessitating numerous trips to the Dartmouth Crossing office to submit documents as proof of replacement. Shortly after we switched, our house had a flood due to a faulty pipe. Having never having an insurance claim before on any of the previous properties we have owned we weren’t sure what the process was and what it would entail. Ryan quickly got us the adjuster’s phone number and went above and beyond by checking in with us when our repairs were being done.
