I rarely write reviews but wanted to share my experience in dealing with Brody. He was extremely helpful and professional and took the time to address all my questions. He was a pleasure to work with and made the process very easy. It is a bonus being able to reach out to someone that answers their phone or gets back to you quickly vs calling a 1800 number. I highly recommend Brody if you want to work with someone that is detailed and responsive, and you are looking for a stress free insurance policy set up for your home and auto. I will be sure to pass along his info to my friends and family.

I also believed switching insurance companies would be time consuming and challenging. Allstate, and in particular Andy, made switching extremely easy. Andy walked me through all of the insurance requirements, answered my many questions, God bless him as there were many questions, and supporting my daughter as a new driver. Andy also offered suggestion on how to tailor my insurance needs, which included bundling... I would recommend Allstate, the Sierra Morena west location, and Andy to anyone looking for new insurance or switching insurance. They are by far the best insurance company and agent I've ever dealt with.
