Excellent service Dans les assurances à Calgary , ils sont les meilleure je vous assure. Pour ma voiture j'ai cherché d'assurance partout je n'ai pas eu une bonne quote ; Mais quand je suis venu chez All state j'ai eu la meilleure quote du siècle. L' agent d'assurance qui m'a aidé été monsieur Mendonca, il est vraiment professionnel et en plus il maitrise très bien ce domaine. Il m'a fourni des conseils et tout était super, j'ai eu mon assurance à bas prix et c'était génial.,,,. Allstate now covers my home and auto. After searching for the best coverage they were an easy choice. Best price by far. Customer service was awesome. Joel Zimmer went out of his way to gather information that I was not able to provide to him, this resulted in full coverage with an unbeatable price. Definitely 5 stars and more.

Charged my credit card without sending us the renewal policy and when I cancelled and asked for refund, they said it will take 15 business days to get refund. It's been more than 15 business days and they still haven't refunded the amount. That's stealing! This company just wants to get paid without giving real service or even getting someone to answer phone calls or emails about something as simple as a refund. Imagine how hard it would be if you anyone even makes a claim. Finally called my credit card company to just dispute the charge and have it reversed. Never ever dealing with them!

Allstate is great, until you make a claim...

I got into an accident with my newborn baby on November 29th, and have had to call over 25 times begging for anyone to reach out to me. Not to mention waiting on the line for 40+ minutes each time. My car sat at the impound lot for 2 weeks, and was threatened by them that they will junk my car if it isn't claimed. I was told Allstate would be towing it to a collision centre.

The claims adjuster I was so called assigned too, didn't even respond to my multiple emails and phone calls, even after making a formal complaint and was told she "has to reach out within 48 hours."
The customer service with Allstate claims department has been horrific and I am under tremendous stress from this accident, loosing my car, and now having to attend medical appointments due to this accident. this has not helped me relieve the exceptionally stressful situation.

I will have to say, and give a shout out to my agent Maveen who has helped me with getting the best deals for my home and auto insurance. I wish making a claim was as easy as dealing with him!

I never leave a review but I just cannot handle this Allstate service. The first time I called we confirmed everything and seemed all good, the next time I called they said that nothing was confirmed and had to restart the process again, it turned out they couldn’t do the process because it was too late. So then I called the next day. I resolved the issue and confirmed everything but the crazy thing is, none of it was actually confirmed or resolved. They were no help. I waited 1 hour wait time to get a call everyday and spend 4 hours of my time uselessly. Please fix your service

Trash customer service.
They Will charge you for accident forgiveness then spike your insurance for your first accident.
When asked about it they tell you the increase of $600 yearly is because of "inflation". Then find out 2 years later when it says "non good driver" on my bill that they in fact did not honor the accident forgiveness.. still waiting for my refund.
I also refused the renew my policy due to this error. That request was ignored and they sent me a letter canceling my policy for non payment now damaging my credit.
Disgraceful company just praying on the working class. Will be reporting to the better business bureau as well.

Go elsewhere! Rates might be okay but you get what you pay for. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered. It’s been a month and I have not spoken to Rianne, our adjuster, once. She has been impossible to get a hold of and calling the main line to reach someone is equally frustrating. I waited over an hour and eventually had to hang up. I’ve also sent emails and get a response that someone will be contacting me immediately, but that never happens. I will give credit to our estimator Richelle though. She has been working with our autobody shop and very responsive.

We switched to Allstate over a year ago and have had a great experience! Hubert and Fatima have helped us several times to get the best rates for our home and auto insurance, including for our extended family members. I couldn't recommend them enough. We are so happy to have Allstate as our insurance provider 🙂
