I would give 0 stars if that were an option. I’ve been a client for nearly two years, and this past year has been nothing but frustration. Their customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced.

I was quoted $50 for home insurance, which I agreed to, but by the second month my premium suddenly jumped to over $130 without any notice or explanation. Despite countless calls, emails, and messages, I’ve received no real help. Every representative tells me only my assigned agent can make changes, but he ignores my emails and never calls back—even when other agents leave him messages. On the rare occasions he does respond, he acknowledges seeing my emails but then continues to ignore follow-ups.

I feel trapped paying far more than I agreed to, with no resolution in sight. I’m just waiting for my policy to end so I can leave Allstate permanently. It’s not the quotes, it’s the complete lack of accountability and customer service.

If management reads this, I still need help. But to others considering Allstate: beware—what looks like a good deal upfront may quickly turn into higher charges and endless frustration with unresponsive agents.
