Je suis avec cette compagnie depuis bientôt 11 ans (2008-08), 1 assurance maison et 2 autos. Malheureusement j'ai dû faire 2 déclarations (montants de moins de $10 000) de sinistre, 1 en 2018 et 1 en 2019. Et là ils ne veulent plus m'assurer pour la maison !

Brian is an amazing Agent and very responsive and he always tries his best to explain policy coverage and making sure that all your home and auto insurance needs are met. I do recommend dealing with him at the Barrhaven office for Allstate and you will never regret. Thank you Brian.

Very disappointed in the lack of customer service specifically at the Barrhaven location. No one ever seems to be there to answer the phone. Rates keep going up, when I check with other insurance providers, they all come in lower than Allstate. The driving app is a scam, had a perfect score for the first 2 months and then the app kept adding hard breaking at local stop signs, total BS! I would not recommend to anyone. My original contact quit because of the way they treated her (I appreciate that's not part of their service, but it was sad to see her so upset about she was treated by her employer) I'm sure there will be a response that states how dedicated they are to customer service, but believe me, they are not. So glad I have found another provider, cheaper and a pleasure to work with. PS. The person I spoke with to cancel my account was great, go figure! Follow-up: Got a call from the office manager asking if there was anything he could do to correct the experience, too bad you don't respond this quickly to your customers when they are trying to get things done. You seem to spend more time responding to online comments rather than being a good insurance provider. Just do better.

My car insurance went up $645 for my new policy, on one vehicle, and my wifes went up $50. So i called to see why. I was told because there were floods in some town, and that we all need to pay......... so I asked ok, then why did my wife's only move $50 by this explanation, and buddy said, ya... its how it is sometimes. Been with Allstate 24 years, clean record, no claims in over 14 years. Very disappointed in the outcome... once my policy expires, I'm out.

I did see your reply. Every other company I spoke to with the same coverage that I had with your company, was cheaper. I am not implying that its only me that dealt with this change, but i can tell you its not something i will continue with. Your justification for an increase on one policy, and not my other doesn't make sense. How is one going to increase significantly more than the other Either way, I don't need a response nor care for one. Thanks

Jane (of Allstate in Barrhaven) has been my agent since about 2016. She has helped me with a variety of vehicles and home insurance. She has always been prompt and effective. I have shopped around, and been told by another broker that the coverage I have through Jane is good, at a good price, and that I should keep it! By phone, in person, and by e-mail, I always have felt that Jane has been responsive and helpful, and has provided good advice. I would highly recommend her!
