My name is Steve Sharma
I have been with this company for a while. My sales rep all of sudden stop responding to my calls and my emails. The service is so bad , they will never call you back. Every time I call them, they say sure no problem someone will call you. But they never do. Worst company to deal. I wish I can get this changed. Just waiting for my renewal. Very long waiting on the phone, and then they hand up on you or don't bother coming back to the line. They think their clients have all the time in the world. Even today I called, and was told hold on and I'll be back by sales rep. But never came back on the line. I was waiting for 1 hour and 15 minutes. I have a screenshot. Then I called back waited for 45 minutes again. But no response. I would never recommend any one to this company.

Worst customer service to call if you need to follow up claims or any inquiries. Long wait time been holding on the phone and the assigned Claim Advisor are either not responding back to my claim despite of several follow up calls, voicemails and text message. Now my transactions with the auto body shop are on pending because of this unnecessary delay. They do not take their customer seriously, they only after on your payment if you are delayed. Been on this insurance company for more than 3years formy combined home and auto but yet the service are not even great nor improved!..I wished I can find a better insurance company/agent. Very frustrating!!

Nadir Sunay with Allstate is an absolute all star. This employee went out of his way on his days off to get my wife set up with insurance on her brand new vehicle. He was extremely professional offering and explaining all insurance add ons making sure the vehicle was fully and properly insured for aplease/any unforeseen circumstances. I highly recommend this gentleman for any insurance needs! Thank you again friend.
