I've been banking at this branch for almost three years, visiting at least once a month. Unfortunately, I've noticed a decline in service quality recently. The waiting times have been getting longer, and it seems like many of the tellers are new and inexperienced.

I understand that high turnover rates can be a challenge in the industry, but I really hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the overall experience.

I recently had an unfortunate experience at this bank branch. No matter what time I visit, whether it's in the morning or late afternoon, there's always a long line. It's frustrating to wait for 45 minutes to 2 hours, and it seems like the branch manager doesn't care. Only two counter opened and they’re often have trainees handling the customers, which only adds to the wait time. During my last visit, I witnessed an 88-year-old man waiting in line for 50 minutes, and his daughter was understandably upset about the service. Improved customer service and more efficient staffing are desperately needed here.

I don't go here for daily banking but when I did need help for a complex banking issue, Jim Zhou at this branch was very professional, patient, understanding in helping me dealing with my case. A big thank and kudos to him.

The white female manager(she walks around and sometimes works as a teller so I’m not sure if she’s a manager) only talks to white ppl. Stop scrolling your eyes to Asians 🙄

I will have to edit this review once I have confirmed the mangers name who behaved in a very DISRESPECTFUL and UN PROFESSIONAL way. The business card I have has two names (very similar) with different titles on each side of the card. Once I CONFIRM the name and position I will post a picture of her card and edit my review

This review is solely a reflection of the managers lack of customer care and business sense.
The front line clerks are both personable, professional and cheerful. We drive out of our way to see the staff and have made several friends. However now our 30 year relationship with BMO is NO MORE.
We’re at a stage in our lives where our relationship should have gotten stronger as you helped guid us into retirement. We drive out of our way to come to this branch ( Hwy 7 / McCowan ) as we’ve made friend with a lot of the staff and will miss them 💔

We needed two bank drafts $10,000. and $30,000. each with a $7.50 service charge. My wife asked that one of the two charges should’ve been waived and the manager declined us the courtesy.
My wife asked her to check our balance as we were leaving $700,000. ( Ya, that’s NOT a typo ) in BMO and needed help with investing it. She confirmed our balance and our intent but declined us the courtesy again.

We wonder if the manager would have responded differently if my wife didn’t look like a TEENAGER or wasn’t a woman of COLOUR, or a different CULTURE. She spoke AT and DOWN to my wife. With other customers listening it was DEMEANING 🤬

The end result was instead of investing $700,000. with BMO we pulled it OUT❗️It’s sitting in our Tangerine account and next week when we have time we’ll invest it 💵

PS. I WILL UPDATE THIS REVIEW AFTER I CONFIRM THE mANaGERs NAME. It does make me wonder, if she can treat my wife like that and let 3/4 million dollars walk out how does she treat her staff

Very poor workmanship. Specially the consultant, we book an appointment at 12 noon, she still with another client and tell them the next client is bugging her.
