I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Lauren as my physiotherapist. From the very first session, she was incredibly personable and easygoing, which immediately put me at ease. Her approachable nature made it easy to communicate and feel comfortable throughout the entire process.

What truly stood out was her depth of knowledge and the way she explained everything in a clear, informative manner. She took the time to ensure I understood not just the what, but the why behind each exercise and treatment, which made a huge difference in my recovery and overall confidence in the process.

This was my first time having a massage at Airdrie Physiotherapy and massage so as we all know you never know what to expect. I was booked with Elizabeth and she did not disappoint, very professional and gave me some helpful tips as well. I had an amazing massage and already booked to go back next month. Highly recommend!

I had a very positive experience with PT Lauren Smith, over 4 visits, due to a medical condition. Ahead of my 1st visit, I had searched online to try to learn about my problem & find appropriate exercises, but Lauren immediately explained the medical info much better than any search tool I had tried, & then taught me 3 exercises.
To be honest, I would have found a handout or a website to help reinforce my homework exercises beneficial. I did explain that I was a visual learner, but still no tools, such as a handout or website, were provided.
I would suggest Lauren to anyone requiring a Physio of specific skills. Just look up what she can offer you, as listed on the company website. She was very professional & I felt comfortable talking to her.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Eyal at Airdrie Physiotherapy & Massage. I came in for shock wave therapy with a stubborn, long-term injury that nothing else seemed to fix. Andrea Eschak is amazing! She always fixes the tension in my neck with deep tissue massage. If you are looking for someone who takes the knots out, she is your gal! Super friendly too. The front desk staff are also delightful!

Brittany is wonderful to work with and incredibly knowledgeable. She helped start the healing process of a sharp pain in my back in my very first visit after 5 months of getting no where with doctors (X-rays/ct scans/bone scan). It’s very exciting for this pain to be going away and to have relief. I had never been to Physiotherapy before but will definitely be back!
