Great experience! Africhange was very quick in resolving a delayed transfer that was a result of a transaction limit at the receiver’s end. They were also quick in responding to the initial complaint even though it was a weekend. Great service.

I have an issue of delay transfer to my another account because of not including my reason of transfer. Immediately I reported the uncompleted transaction to the customer service. It was resolved within few hours . And the money landed to the account of my choice. It was very great. I thought I have lost the money due to my mistake. Africhange is the best for now. Thank you

Its been a good experience so far, the very 1st time there was a slight problem that caused a small delay but when I got in touch it was resolved immediately and I also understood better what caused it. Since then all transactions have been very smooth.

Terrible. App is slow. Website is slow. No wallet on the platform to see any money you might have sent into the account that was created for you. I hate having to use reference codes. Really terrible experience overall .Do better. I'll return when you're better. Till then, bye.

I’ve deleted my account on the app, deleted multiple messages and as you can see, I complained about same issue just 3 days ago but here I am, still being harassed today with text messages. If I’ve deleted my account on there, how do you still have my number if you are not in violation of data and GDPR Stop harassing me. I’ll keep dropping reviews until it stops so we’ll see who that hurts.
