It's unfortunate to even have to write this but in these circumstances, it is 1000% necessary. Joel Beauregard did a walk-through appraisal on Jan 28th, 2025. Normal turnaround time is 2 days and for unique properties, which this is not, a day or so more. Conditions were to be met by the buyer on February 5th. On February 3 the buyers checked in with Joel and was advised he would need until Friday February 7th to complete the appraisal. When followed up with as I let him into the property he stated "he's super busy" and needs until at least Friday. When asked to expedite the appraisal to meet the original conditional date communication was not responded too. Both sides had to extend the financing condition by two business days and the appraisal was finally provided at 2:30 pm today, almost 8 business days later, which has proven stressful on both the buyers and seller. If, you read this I would highly look elsewhere for appraisal services as there has been no regard for timelines, remorse nor urgency to get the appraisal completed by Joel or anyone else at APG.
