I rented a property from AdvantEdge Investment Management for two years and would recommend them to anyone. They were always very responsive and professional. My landlord, Siraj, was a pleasure to interact and do business with. On one occasion when I misplaced my keys, he went out of his way to meet me to provide me with a new set, at no cost. The rent was very fair, the company provided a convenient payment option, and they always replaced things as needed and communicated openly with me. I would definitely rent from them again!

Having been a renter of AdvantEdge Investment Management for the past two years, my experience has been nothing short of phenomenal. My landlord Siraj has been an absolute pleasure to work with, and is always extremely professional and understanding. When I found out about a minor problem that needed to be repaired, he took care of it immediately, scheduling a professional repair service to fix the issue the very next day. I couldn’t be happier with my living situation, which includes a pool, large balcony, and indoor parking! I would highly recommend with AdvantEdge Investment Management!

Siraj is an easy going landlord, very respectful and reliable. I’ve been renting for 5months now I was nervous to move during the pandemic but he made the process smooth and easy. I had minor things (blinds/doors) that I wanted changed and he got right on it. I have no complaints! If you’re considering renting I highly recommend AdvantEgde Investment!

Whenever I had an issue, I could text him and receive a response immediately. Even during the COVID lockdown, Siraj got a repairman out to my place within a day to fix an issue.
