He has incredible knowledge of any investment he has pitched me and having conversations with him about the short term & long term strategies is an absolute joy. He's incredibly generous with his time and I never feel like he doesn't have time to discuss my concerns or answer questions. I wish we'd had one of the representatives that everyone seems so happy with because the one we had was NON-EXISTENT.
The only time we ever heard from him in the six years we were with Acumen was when I called to ask what we could do to improve our investment return which he seemed quite happy with.
We pulled what piddly little bit was left and invested it in real estate ourselves.
VERY POOR service from this representative.
