Super friendly, fast, very helpful.
They will help you renew or adjust things over email/phone. I don't know If they can set up new insurance this way, but for repeat customers it's super helpful.
I never wait more than a couple minutes and I never feel that I'm an inconvenience to their day.

During the last year I have had house and contents insurance here. During that time I sold my house rented in 2 different places and needed storage insurance. I required various changes throughout this time to ensure I had insurance. I worked with Lauren throughout these changes. Every change was done quickly and without any errors. She is fabulous at her job being both extremely knowledgeable and very personable.
