I had a very disappointing experience with Feril Kapadia from Able Insurance. He initially quoted me a lower insurance premium, but when I received the official documents, the premium was much higher than what was promised.

When I raised this issue, instead of resolving it professionally, he diverted the conversation to irrelevant “law of attraction” talks and avoided giving me a proper explanation. Eventually, he became rude, hung up on me, and even threatened to cancel my policy retroactively.

This is highly unprofessional and concerning behavior for an insurance broker. Transparency and trust are critical in this industry, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

I strongly recommend others to carefully review all documents and proceed with caution before dealing with this broker or Able Insurance.

Able insurance used to be good, I was with them for years but when Navreet Kaur took over my account she messed up the details and I ended up with a higher premium that she said that she will fix. It's been 2 months now and she's ghosted me. I called their office and their only suggestion was for me to call the insurance provider and tell them that I want to change my broker. Navreet Kaur is very incompetent!

I got car insurance from able brokeres last year. Today, I just talked with one of the representative, yash gandhi, about my cancellation of my policy. The way of talked was really unacceptable and didn’t respond well . I would not recommend the company

I have policy with one of their agent name Feril Kapadia. They hire this guy kind of new born baby in this industry. He is extremely unprofessional, never answer calls and msgs and has zero knowledge of insurance. It has been more than one month I am trying to do changes in my policy but I have been not received any update.

I am strongly recommend to stay away from this insurance broker specially from Feril Kapadia.

Reliable, trustworthy and friendly staff. Car has been insured through them from as long as I can remember. Honestly, I just tell them to do the shopping around for insurance and they handle the rest. Don't know what's up with the random complaints. Maybe these folks should learn how to talk to people properly to get good service.
