Buyers expected to Close? How please explain?

What is the Solution, aside from the 130,000.00 representing 20% down payment already paid to the vender and crazy closing costs, extension fees and etc this buyer would have to put an additional 145,000.00 down to get a mortgage! You gotta be insane or am I crazy? Guess what no one is closing unless your Mr. Joseph C. Cortellucci, Senior Associate Do something about it!!! Or you can keep them for yourself!

Think this will be dynamite location but need to have an environment not just condos...
Space is limited in the area.
Request city of Vaughan to put hydro poles underground in the area to improve appeal..

Extremely unprofessional builder. Last-minute charges, constant changes, poor communication with their lawyers, months of ignored PDI deficiencies, and unreasonable development fees for poor-quality work. Delayed the project to make money, then left buyers with the bill. Very disappointing experience.
I can say more but will keep it as is. Horrible pre-con experience.
