This company has been amazing through two floods, a hurricane and various wind storms.
Their service is always Top Notch and immediate.
In particular Shelly Bates has been a godsend during these disasters and quick to get things going to bring things back to normal.
I highly recommend AA Munro for insurance coverage!

I tried working with Matt, for a bit of a unique coverage (recreational land). I was beyond patient as I knew it was unique. After over 6 weeks of waiting, with the only communication from him due to prompts I gave up and went to another broker in another firm. I told Matt, please keep in touch. Id hear zero for a week, id have to email and call to get a response. Within days of contacting another broker I'm fully insured. Don't waste your time

Good service from Matt with my coverage, and he seems to try hard to get me the best qoutes possible. Although the only thing that irritates me is I can never seem to get ahold of a representative whenever I call it seems 8 times outta 10 I get sent to. Voicemail very frustrating when you have things to do in your daily life and just want to make a quick phone call to check something with your policy and you can't reach the broker for hours unless you leave a message and wait for them on their time to call back. I believe their needs to be more employees or maybe this can be resolved another say by having someone specifically to answer the incoming calls and leave the brokers to work with the clients on the line. I'm not sure how it works now but I would like to see this wait time turned around other then that issue I enjoy working with A A munroe so far.
