I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Sharlene in the Amherst office concerning an issue with my vehicle insurance policy and was beyond impressed with the quality of customer service I received. She went above and beyond in her efforts to successfully resolve the matter for me. Even if the outcome had not been in my favour, I would still have been very happy with the customer service experience and her genuine efforts on my behalf.
(Of note, we have no history - I normally deal with a different location (also happy with the service) but I accidentally hit the wrong button on the automated menu when calling lol and got her by accident/luck and she still offered to help me out and treated me as if I was her best customer.)
