While switching my car back to Alberta from BC, the ladies at Bridge were so incredibly helpful! With a busy 2 year old and another on the way I was able to work through everything without having to drag him in! Every step of the process was so clearly explained from the first phone call in, to finalizing my policy with Lisa. Having a very poor experience with another insurance company, their kindness and efficiency in helping me was greatly appreciated.

Apart from the fact that cooperators gave me a quote that was literally half of what my previous insurance company gave me, the staff here are amazing too, but Lisa in particular is amazing. She goes above and beyond, always making sure that you’re happy and she even looks for more ways for you to save money. She always gets back to you as soon as possible also. I am very thankful to have an insurance agent like Lisa that has my best interests in mind.

Very rude receptionist, she was barely speak English, rude voice tone, we went there to buy new insurance she doesn’t even co operate with us, rudely said I don’t have any available agent. If you want to grow your business needs to give training to the staff how to treat customers.

I've had to call in to make changes to both my home and auto policies a few times over the last few years and every single time the agent has been both pleasant to talk to and very efficient at making the necessary updates to my policy.

we have had nothing but issues with this branch. every year I call to complain how much I pay annually and they find a magical way to decrease it a bit. I've been with them 17 years and they don't care that I'm leaving because the customer service is terrible. even leaving is becoming a nightmare. I've talked to Tyson, Cheryl and now Megan and all have said they'd tell me how much it is to cancel. all of them have said different amounts from 30$-$169. they messed up the dates. I emailed them 2x now with no response on top of calling. They spoke rude and unprofessional to me and I'm still waiting for Tyson to call me back to rectify this. Very quick to take your money but all of them are unsure how to calculate to cancel. it's ridiculous

- They overcharged me by $2/month for a year, upon my yearly policy review they called me and told me that I would receive a full refund. This is honesty and I love it!
- They insured our truck when nobody else would.
- They reply to email inquiries from customers on the same day.
- Very friendly people.

Tyson and the team have been absolutely amazing since the day I started with them. We do our personal vehicle insurance, and our business/commercial insurance. We even have done our Party Alcohol Liability Insurance with Tyson.
