Brokerlink is engaging in what I can only describe as an illegal operation. I obtained auto insurance through Brokerlink, and I agreed to pay a set amount for an insurance package that was to include third party liability, collision, and comprehensive coverage. Notwithstanding this agreement, the insurance company only approved third party lability for my vehicle. This would not have been a problem had they made this known to me - but that didn't happen. Brokerlink found it appropriate to not make it known to me that I was not approved for full coverage (despite every indication to the contrary) and mislead me into thinking that my vehicle was fully insured, when it in fact was not. If I were to have gotten into an accident where I was found to be at fault, I would not have been covered. The only reason I found out that my vehicle was not insured properly was because I was dilligent in reviewing the physical documentation that I was mailed, a month or so after initiating this policy.

I reached out to Donna and she was of very little assistance in reaching resolution on this matter. This company ought to be ashamed of its self. Do yourself a favour and take your business elsewhere.

If Brokerlink would like to make this right, I am confident you have my contact information and I would be glad to remove this review. To prospective customers of Brokerlink: If this review is still here, take this as evidence that Brokerlink has made no reasonable attempt to recify my (very well founded) problem.

I already canceled my car insurance and passed my cancellation form.
and they keep charging me and took payment for 2 months now. I never got my refund or anything. Even Donna wasnt replying, they so easy to take my money but when in times for refund theres no reply. Very dissapointing.
If you want cheap insurance go for Zenith if your a cosco member. Dont recommend this broker at all. They only shows where they can make more money with. Legal Scammers
