Went in to get insurance for my vehicle and Monet was the agent that helped me.She is very pleasant, knowledgeable and helped me to save money with my insurance by mentioning that I don’t use the sports car much and could save some extra money. She has a sense of humour and calls me the boss…. Mainly because I drive several cars and get my insurance through capital west insurance. Nice doing business there.

I showed up at 7:45pm on Thursday evening and there was a line up. Monette was the only one working. She was under pressure as they close at 8:00 but still remained very pleasant and professional. I needed a permit for the next morning. I was the last in line and she made sure we were all looked after before she closed ip for the night. Thank you so much!!

I used to come to do my insurance often but today I was unlucky enough to be “helped” by Monet who had absolutely no clue how to do her job.
She was not able to process basic registration transfer and she got agitated and angry and throw my transfer form and registration back to me.
She was so rude and start yelling at me: “I am NOT doing it!
Come tomorrow when Sunil is here…”

I have no idea how people like her can have a job at such a reputable company.
