Bad services they have been using stall tactics and I've been getting consistent charges by them even thow I have been trying to cancel my services with them since I traded my car in for my new one. I've been trying to be understanding and easy to work with but 4 going on 5 months of being charged for services I've been trying to cancel and get my $$$ back for on a car I down own any more is a ridiculous ordeal. I recommend people not work with them.

I've been a autobody tech for 12 years and never had this kinda customer experience frome any one I've worked with befor.

This company made a simple process a nightmare. I just want the $$ back for the months I don't own my car any more and you charged me for.

Hopefully you can learn customer service so people don't have to go through this.

I was previously dealing with another great agent to get quotes on a vehicle I was potentially purchasing, that agent ended up going on holidays when my vehicle finally arrived.
