Truly the worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with another human being. My accident happened in august, and it was not resolved until just before Christmas. You can call and call and email these people and they don’t care about you or your time. They won’t respond. My “Adjuster” Beulah went on vacation 2 times while working on my case and in all those months, she never phoned me, never emailed me back to give me any updates on it. I don’t even have this insurance, their insured hit me and these people didn’t want to pay me for the damages to my car. If you try to call them you are on hold for HOURS before they HANG UP ON YOU. Truly awful service please BEWARE. Don’t use RSA group.

The WORST claims service I have ever experienced. I am still waiting for my cheque for my hail damaged written off vehicle 2 months later! I have already replaced my vehicle and they are in possession of my written off vehicle. I did everything they asked but still no money. I am now paying interest on the loan for the new to me vehicle because they can't get the cheque to me and refuse to direct deposit. My adjuster was incredibly unhelpful and said sorry nothing I can do other than keep issuing cheques that will never get to you Would not recommend!

A sensor on my dryer failed just over the one year warranty and RSA made me send in multiple documents several times only to refuse to compensate. As I can still operate the dryer I waited to get a service call until I received confirmation of coverage. Bosch will only allow their own maintenance Service. I received a quote for the call but they couldn’t give me a parts quote until they came out. This was unacceptable by RSA. So I go in circles. What difference does the amount matter when they agree to replace the item if it can’t be repaired? I have had an American Platinum Express with this company’s Insurance coverage for over 15 years which I will be cancelling as a result. The aggravation and lack of insurance support is not worth $700/year.

Worst experience, I had to file a claim nov 11/ 18 as my neighbor hit my parked car. Since then I have had to pay the deductible - no one is calling me back. The broker assigned no longer works there.. I call every few days on hold for 1 - 2 HOURS! or I call and their voicemail says they are closed but they are not!! What kind of business is this. Deductible should not have been paid by me as the person whom hit my car claimed full liability nov 11/ 18 to their insurance company. Ridiculous!!

RSA has a horrible insurance company! I canceled my insurance within 3 months, as I got rid of my vehicle, no point of paying insurance for nothing. They gave me a bad review! I always made payments on time, But when it came time to getting ahold of them it was impossible. They’re rude. Disrespectful.

First claim in the last 8 years we've been with them. Took three weeks for an adjuster to even talk to us. They've talked to us 3 times in the last 2 months that we have been waiting to get our basement fixed. Still not fixed still can't get a hold of anyone to address my concerns. Will be switching companies and hope everyone reads these reviews so they don't have to deal with this. If I could give no stars I would.

Scammers. Quotes me $1200 for insurance on my son. 45 days later they sent a bill for $6099 stating that he needed to be a primary driver on MY Jeep. This was not stated at time of quote which was even emailed to me. Changed insurance companies same day. Now they think I should pay for the 45 days at the $6099 bill instead if the quoted price. Insurance agent offered to pay the difference out of her pocket because of the confusion. Not taking her up on it. RSA can take me to small claims court which they can't win.
STAY AWAY. Totally dishonest and can't admit to their faults.
Needs to be limits put on insurance. I have no convictions in 25 years and they want $1800 on a 2006 Charger. That's 33% of the cars value. Gotten totally out of hand.

This is the absolute worst insurance company I've ever dealt with. Firstly they forgot my claim, leaving me without contact for just about 8 weeks. Consistent voicemails emails and messages were rarely returned. I'm embarrassed to even give one start this company. 10 weeks later I still don't have my claim sorted out..
