Simple thanks are not enough to express how much I appreciate the help that my husband and I have received from Cindy and Shawna(?) at AUVI insurance.

After receiving a two day notice (January 8, 2020) that our broker was unable to renew our policy (expiring January 11) with RSA insurance, because they were no longer doing business with them, and to establish a new policy with another company, my premium was going from $700 per year with RSA (with one minor accident forgiveness) to $4700 per year...yes Four Thousand dollar difference to change insurance. Not to mention the vehicle inspections etc that we would need. All this happening at a time our family is grieving a loss and needing to travel to the UK for a funeral.

I looked on Google and came across this company with great reviews and testimonials and thought I’ve got nothing to lose. I emailed them that evening and by the morning of the 9th, Cindy was on the case.

Cindy had already been in touch with RSA to get the details of our file, before we had even spoken on the phone. Then we spoke, well, I was a blubbering mess having to deal with this.
Cindy was the most compassionate person I have EVER had the pleasure of dealing with in this industry. After discussing our situation with her colleague they had a plan. Cindy again, got in touch with RSA, and they agreed to move our RSA policy over to AUVI as a renewal with just a bit of paperwork to complete.
CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESN’T GET ANY BETTER THAN THAT!!!!

As a side note, my husband Richard works for NorthStar Ford in Cochrane, and will be referring all of his clients to Cindy Pelletier at AUVI Insurance for their needs!
