I go to buy a policy the guy ( Jack) came and just ask for a document and say you will get an insurance of that amount like it’s a kind of insult please deal your caustimer politely

I read good reviews about this office and was trying to get car insurance quote for my friend (since she was not able to call at that time). IMPOSSIBLE to get online quote! Impossible to get quote via email! They made things so complicated! Will never recommend this office to anyone

Customer service is a zero already for me in my own humble opinion , very high rates it almost just feels like they are taking your money away and they are always increasing their rates. Please stay away from this company especially the one in Country Hills very unprofessional and I will definitely get my services elsewhere
