I am so glad I contacted Darlene at MKMK insurance, as she guided me through my available options with patience and deep knowledge of the insurance landscape. I rarely leave reviews but I am pleasantly surprised with this brokerage. I dealt primarily with Joseph Lee and he always communicated with me in a very professional manner. My main reason for leaving this review is that I felt it was the least I could do..
Without giving away too much info to google I have been back and forth with Joseph requesting different forms, statements, letters and policy info for the last three months and he has sent me everything I asked for even though I canceled both policies I had with MKMK nearly four months ago! I was definitely not expecting the same level of service while no longer being a customer, but I got it. They really deserve the credit here.

Dealt with Darlene, even after closing hours. She combined all policies into one from different insurers, (for ease and efficiency), while looking for potential discounts. Very knowledgeable. The savings were substantial from my previous insures. Darlene even pointed out a small deficiency in my overall coverage for autos and home, and addressed that as well. We were very pleased with Darlene's work on getting us a new car and tenant insurance quote - she was able to keep our insurance with the same company, but got it about $1,000 cheaper than the official quote that we received via the post! She also spotted and corrected a number of errors in our file and very helpfully walked us through our quote to ensure that we understood all aspects of it! Would definitely recommend!
