DO NOT use this company. They are a complete scam. Not only will they send private investigators after you when you’re trying to make a simple claim, but they’ll just deny you so they don’t have to pay out your policy. Their staff is unprofessional and have zero knowledge about their jobs. If you like throwing money away, this is the place to do it. If I could give zero stars I would.

Slow response time, their site promises a 48 hour response to requests, so after waiting for a week I called in. The man on the phone was snarky and unprofessional. He told me they are behind and EVERYONE is calling in saying they need fast service, as if it was my fault I was trying to give him my business.

I have nothing good to say about this insurance company & have not a clue how they have any business. I have been trying to get a policy for an event & have called Multiple times, with no response from anyone. I have left multiple messages & have never had a call returned. I will take my business elsewhere.
