I dealt with both Israel and Kenzie while insuring my vehicle and had a great experience. They were both very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I honestly can not recommend this agent less. They are extremely difficult to deal with. You will never actually talk to Robin, only her staff. Over the span of three years, my insurance went up four times the amount despite my driving record being unchanged. They have no explanation for this. I have cancelled my policy and will not be looking back. Before you settle with this agent, call around as there are MANY better places with significantly better rates (I received four other quotes that were anywhere from 100-275 dollars cheaper / month).

This is by far the best insurance company I have ever dealt with so far in 30 years!! Israel is my agent and he doesn't mess around I needed insurance for my vehicle's without any hesitation it was done within 30 mins. He works efficiently and quick. I am partially relieved to see that Kenzie has such great reviews on google. I, unfortunately, did not have the same experience. My partner and I decided to consolidate our auto insurance to one company. He contacted Desjardin and was able to get a quote in May after all of the appropriate documents were sent; I was added to his account at that time. I called Kenzie this past Tues, provided her with the quote id number, and to go ahead with processing the application. I informed her that this was urgent as my auto insurance had lapsed while I was stranded in another country due to the WestJet strike and I required auto insurance for the following day to return to work. She assured me that it will be done by the end of the work day. It was not. I had called her 6 times that day as I had not received any communication about further information she may require nor the application form. I followed up with her via email and another 2 phone calls the following day; unfortunately still no insurance. I ended up going back to my old insurance company and reinstated my auto insurance in 6 minutes. It’s unfortunate that Desjardin lost a potential customer due to incompetence and lack of customer service.

Connecting with her was a warm experience. We have talked with our previous insurance company that we've been with, and we have never had great service. Kenzie's professionalism was a pleasurable experience to help us switch companies. We would highly recommend as she initiated an excellent initial experience.
