I recently switched my business banking to LDCU and couldn’t be happier. Much better service and more personal attention than my old bank that seemed to just want to charge me lots of fees and didn’t care about my business. These guys actually care and I love how active they are in the local community. It feels good to work with a bank that has aligned values. Credit unions all the way!

I have been a staunch credit union supporter since I opened my first account when I was 5 (40+ years ago), but every time I have to deal with the ladysmith credit union, it is an ordeal. The staff are surely and unhelpful. I have never run into a business where the staff are so consistently snotty and it makes me wonder if it is a really horrible place to work. This is the first time in my life that I will no longer be using a credit union for my banking needs and it is due solely to the staff at ladysmith credit union. Steer clear to avoid exasperating annoyance.

Feel like I can be easily lose my forcus when dealing with this credit union. They have more questions for me than I have them- very rigid and unwilling to help at all.
