Been with this company for over 15 years and the service since Orbit took over is awful. You used to be able to speak to someone directly and have a dedicated employee for your needs. Now everything is on their terrible online portal and it takes a week to hear back about changes.

Shopping around I've also found other brokers to be cheaper for the exact same coverages with the same company.

When I emailed stating my concerns Kristen just ignored my concern and solidified my choice to look elsewhere.

Unfortunate that the changes have turned a once amazing company into this.

Traders has been great to deal with. I’ve spoken with two advisors and they have been very helpful. It would be great if there was less time on hold when making a call, but that can be said for just about anything.

I would not recommend TW Insurance. I've been a customer for years and I have only paid yearly in full. They did not mail my pink cards to me this year. They will charge you a cancellation fee for something they did not send, or they threaten your credit if not paid when you mention looking for another insurance broker. (these were on my pleasure vehicles)

Great provider for my home and car insurance. The app is great and easy to access all docs as needed, including pink cards for vehicles. Staff is very responsive on calls.

I would definitely recommend this insurance company. I have found it easy to make a claim and change my policy. Overall I am very happy with the services I have received. I just changed my auto policy in one quick call that took less than five minutes! Plus if you're a union member you get discounted insurance!

They have no problem emailing and contacting you non stop when your shopping around for insurance. However when you need to contact someone to make some changes to your policy, good luck! I have emailed my broker many times, called and left messages. Called the main line number. Been on hold on a few occasions now for an average of 2-3 hours at a time. Still no changes made to my policy that I require!
