This credit union has gotten pretty bad since I've been going to it. I've been going to this credit union for 20 years and have been treated pretty well by the staff, but recently there have been new tellers and they have terrible customer service skills. One of the tellers(Sophie I believe) made me feel like a criminal because she asked me for ID which I never had to do because I've been going to this credit union for years! I get they have to check for fraud reasons but she treated me like I've never been to this bank. Then when I asked her for a pamphlet because I wanted to know more information on one of the accounts, she just rudely told me to google it and I have not had this problem with the other tellers. She did print me information but it wasn't exactly what I was asking for. Every time I come into the credit union now I get treated the same way! I will be going to the yankee valley credit union from now on because they treat their customers a lot better than this terrible one!
