Very friendly staff! I have been using Connectfirst for 30yrs and had to drive into Calgary all the time to do my banking. I went into Servus the other day and needed assistance and they were able to assist me right away! Servus is in my opinion way better than Connectfirst (I know they have merged) i just find the service is so much better than most Connectfirst branches.

Great experience ! Walked into my branch after work on an afternoon hoping a financial advisor would see me. Sarah took me right in ! Made me feel so comfortable and talked me through all of my options. I wouldn’t be purchasing a new vehicle on my own without her and Servus Airdrie ! Can’t recommend enough.

Recently we just had Dennis and his team assist us with the purchase of our new property. He was very helpful and informative on all the financing details, Dennis went above and beyond to help . He made it very simple for us to finalize the deal. Dennis walked us through and explained everything, they treated us like a friend and not a customer . Couldn't be more happy .. thanks again!

What wonderful people! We're a couple from Florida on our way to Alaska. Not members of the credit union. We were having problems with the ATM. Melissa and Dennis went above and beyond to help coordinate the fix with our credit union. And get us on our way.

Dennis Blackburn and Sarah Leveque helped me tremendously by helping me move all my mortgage / banking accounts from useless, money-grubbing TD over to Servus Credit Union. Airdrie Alberta Servus Credit Union Sean Semark Dennis Blackburn and their team took the time to show us a plan and Execute it to a grand Finale in a very short time.
Sean guided us through correcting false credit claims that lower your credit score. combining debt lowers payments, many more steps along the way. From high rent, two financial institutions turned us down, they listened and guided us to our home in a very short period of time. Thank You Servus Credit Union for coming to Airdrie.
