Courtney and the Eastside funding team saved our deal and we’re super easy to work with.
We had another lender on a project in Seattle that had three weeks to get his loan together and then called me on Wednesday, two days before a Friday closing asking for another 14 days.
That wasn’t going to work so I called Eastside funding that Wednesday evening, the amazing courtney picked up and got strait to work. We were closed and funded on our deal by the following Tuesday. (They could have closed by Friday but we had a couple delays on our end)

I would recommend them over and over again, they were easy to work with the whole way and most importantly made it happen in time.
