I happened by Robyn several years ago when someone had recommended her as an insurance agent and I happened to be in the Market for new insurance. I expected Robyn to be friendly and helpful considering the recommendations what I was not expecting was Robyn to treat me like I was a long time friend, go to bat for me when she owed me zero loyalty or compassion. I had looked at multiple different insurance companies prior to finding Robyn and due to minor accident, 2 tickets and a lapse in my insurance (the struggle) my quotes were in the 425$+ and of course I couldn't afford that but I needed too. My first conversation with Robyn I told her my financial situation, work situation and if she could help. She HEARD me, I felt her genuineness and she busted tail to get me the best price for the most coverage and she most certainly did (in the lower 200s) Then again just days ago she saved me, went to bat for me and I finally got to meet her in person!
I would recommend Robyn King to literally anyone who will listen not only because you deserve the best price and coverage and efficiency but Robyn DESERVES every bit of business. You'll not find someone as honest and caring, Robyn is the EXACT kind of person you want working in insurance.

My family and I used to hop around insurance companies because they would always raise our payments, without any infractions. And when I say raise I mean like 100$ a month each. We’ve been with Robyn now for 4 years now and her and her team are amazing. I cannot say enough good things about them. Now I have over 7 family members that she provides insurance to. People need to understand from the reviews I see that if you have a bad driving history, there is not much any broker or insurance company can do for you, so let’s not blame the people trying to help you.

Robyn is truly an amazing agent and a very sweet person! She goes above and beyond for clients. She has always been there to support and guide us. When you need her assistance, she never fails to make you feel important and cared for. She makes you feel like family and not just a client. Everybody hopes and pray to never ever have an accident and an insurance claim, but knowing that I have Robyn as my agent to guide us, makes it less scary. I love,love Robyn!

I am a client for over 15 years. Robyn King is the WORST agent I've ever experienced.
Let me tell you why:
1. Agent advertise business hours as 9am-5pm however they have choosen to close at 4:45pm.
2. Numerous messages left with no reply. To which they have emailed me using the incorrect email.
3. After 15 years and one payment that was not paid essentially due to the simple fact of not being advised. As a result of 1 late payment over the course of 15 years, Roby King has decided to cancel my account and treat me as a new member. In addition, they have increased there price by $1000.00. In addition, as a new client I will lose all priveledge which I built up over the course of 15 years. Lastly, the process of registering as a new client will take 15 days, not sure how they expect me to drive ?!
4. AVOID AT ALL COST especially Robyn King. The other agents in Milton are highly advised.
5. Receptionist unwilling to help as they have meetings to attend.
6.ROBYN KING cannot be spoken too directly without appointment.

I REPEAT AVOID ROBYN KING you will thank me later.

Used to B a good agent. Until I trusted mine to her. She helped me much at first. But after a year, her personal life & leisure are her first priority but client. Reception / admin at office were not willing to help either.
Yes, she may be a good one in the past. But surely NOT NOW.
AVOID AT ALL COST.
