Quoted me the wrong price in a motorcycle by entering the wrong year that the bike was bought. I go and buy the bike and call back and they tell me the insurance is more. I wouldn't have bought the bike had I known.

Make sure you get quotes in writing because you cannot trust them to honor a quote. Or better yet, go somewhere else for insurance.

Andrew’s customer service skills need some further coaching.

Ok rates. Terrible customer service.

I’d spoken to three different reps and I believe David was the most polite and knowledgeable by far. He let me know that waiting just one week longer would impact my insurance in a positive way.

I’ve been given the run around consistently across the board with all other members from quotes to initializing my policy.
I will update my review once the transaction actually is completed.

If you’re willing to sacrifice quality of communication and treatment as a customer for a cheaper price by all means go with NFP.
