Friendly helpful staff, great variety of almost anything you could be looking for food wise. The prices they have are very competitive and low and the quality of most of the foods there are great. I also like the layout of the store is convenient to have the frozen section on the far side of the store so your frozen foods stay cooler. The produce section has a good variety of things including organic items at good prices. The meat dept has a good selection of meats, and the dairy section has good products with great prices. Highly recommended if your shipping in North keswick.

I like the store , produce is usually quite good , prices are reasonable, store is clean but I don't understand how 8 out of 10 times I am overcharged. My last shopping trip I spent 126.76 yet 7.97 should not have been on my bill . 2 sale items not correct and charged x2 for 1 item . This has happened so many times now that it must be deliberate. I have come to the decision that I have to completely go through my receipt before leaving the store as I am 25 min away (driving) and I always say that it's not worth the gas to go back for a couple of dollars but am really getting fed up with this .

Sale items weren't available from day one at 8:15am. Manager had no response when asked, when stock arrive. He was not customer friendly either. I asked another employee, younger gentleman and he too was short and did not appear to be happy working there. Unhappy employees is never a good sign. But false advertising is 100% illegal in Ontario. I've written to bbb and food basics head office. Not cool.

I bought a begonia in the spring and as of today October 13th it is still lovely. Made me happy all summer. Wish I knew what was in that soil. The staff are very friendly, clean store, well stocked and good prices.

This store has really cleaned up. Renovations have reset the flow of this modern, bright space. Prices have slid up above a previously highly valued budget friendly level and now rest more mid-level. This is evident in value brands and a higher level of meat selection. Staff are friendly but the younger ones seem easily distracted. Cell phones and sandbox time should be left at home or locked up during customer facing activities. Carts are no longer always available due to staff inattention. Update. The store is being kept clean, cell phones far better but staff inattention and chatty time remains a distraction. This is still though, one of the better places in our town to shop.
