I Recently had to purchase my first vehicle of my own after having a bad crash, had limited time to find and purchase a new vehicle, fresh auto was extremely helpful from the minute I reached out on a link, even afterwards, throughout the process they went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect. I had the pleasure of working with Brennan to purchase my previously owned 2017 Santa Fe XL, and I can not thank him and fresh auto for everything they did from ensuring everything was is working condition down to having a tow hitch added, to even had a loaner car available when there was a delay and my rental had to be returned before my car was going to be ready for pick up; which was very helpful!

Their Communication was very outstanding and transparent. They answered my questions and everything was upfront and honest they made purchasing my first vehicle myself a breeze! I highly recommend fresh auto to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle in the future. Just outstanding customer service and satisfaction!

Awesome experience with Eric and Bruce at FreshAuto! We love our new truck - it was fairly priced, we were given service records, they printed the "Blue Book" for us, and the team was very transparent with the history and condition of the vehicle. We were given a thorough run-down of all the offers, such as warranty, future service needs, and insurance. Interior and exterior were immaculately detailed when we visited. Very bad experience. I recently purchased a vehicle from Fresh Auto after numerous issues I got my vehicle and not even a week and my car wasn't running completely died had to get a brand new battery and my passenger window does not work a week later and when I contacted the manager Kurt about this he didn't respond. Kurt is a liar he told me I could only use the body shop at this location for a claim to get my hood fixed. Turns out this was a lie and I could go anywhere. Do not go to this dealership they can't even spell correctly numerous of my important documents have my last name mispelled very UNPROFESSIONAL. I should be enjoying my new vehicle. Instead, I have to deal with all these issues. Avoid this location.
