Very prompt service in dealing with our squirrel situation. Good explanation of the process by the two technicians that came to the house. The squirrels seem to have left (but I hear them whispering at night under the porch, so I'm unsure of their next move). Fair, competitive pricing. Overall...very good experience....and I like their lifetime guarantee.

Very fast evaluation and estimate, no wait for service appointment. Ian and Drew arrived early and began work which included repairs and prevention on roof area from squirrel and raccoon damage. Ian was training and did very efficient work, he is confident and hard working and actually enjoys his job. Drew was a very friendly guy and explained what they had done, also a very good trainer. The pair of them worked very well together.

We were so impressed with Skedaddle from first point of contact to completion of the work. All staff are friendly and knowledgeable: our stress levels due to our bat problem immediately went down on the first call as we could tell we were in good hands.
Staff came to deal with the problem the next day and did a great job! We are soo grateful that our bats were taken care of in a humane way and are very relieved to have our newly renovated barn (new Healing Lodge at Six Nations) bat free. Highly recommend!

What a great professional organization. From the initial free consult to create an estimate to the two man crew that came to do the work, I could not easy for a better team. The said the crew would show up on Tuesday at 8:00 am and they were one minute early. Amazing to see this quality of work today.

The service from Skedaddle was incredibly disappointing. They were very quick and responsive when it came to scheduling a quote, and the representative was professional and informative during the visit. However, that's where the positive experience ended. I took a week to consider the quote and decided I wanted to move forward with the service, but when I tried to follow up, I received no calls back. I waited and waited, but nobody from the company ever reached out. It's frustrating to be left in the dark after showing initial interest. If you're going to be that fast to get in the door, you should be just as quick to follow up with a potential customer.
