Had a bad experience when I was new in Kelowna. Was trying to open a business account there, very poorly treated. Moved over to the downtown TD bank.

Every bank sponsors many different things. Interior Savings counties to support rib fest as a title sponsor. Give the money to Jo-Anna’s house directly or support something that doesn’t have a direct negative impact on the environment, and our health.

So many downtown kelowna banks support more positive things, and have better experiences while banking.

Very disappointed!
I just moved here from Osoyoos and have an account with the Credit Union there. I withdrew some money from the ATM at your bank here and then proceeded to the teller to ask them to exchange $100. into USD for me. I was told it was against their policy so should try Valley First Bank down the street. This is Not a Credit Union bank but after telling them my story they were happy to help. They also said they would love to do more business with me and all the perks that go with it.
Why didnt the young lady at Interior Savings Credit Union offer me the same opportunity My husband and I will be transfering banks asap.
