For over two years I have worked extensively with BMA. There has not been a single interaction with any of their employees that has not been more than pleasant. Even when presenting news that may not be quite what you want to hear, they are always courteous and respectfully.

Joe Bristow at BMA provides remarkable help and is always willing to work around my schedule to book meetings. Joe goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.

Nothing but problems! Called for help with benefits and my pension then told to call great west life because they'd help me instead. They say when they came to the health centre that they like to help us. So upset. Time to move our plan somewhere else!
