Every time we went to drop off or tax papers at the beginning of May they were closed, the when we finally did at the beginning of June after a month I started trying to call to get an eta and the message machine said on off hours as tax season was considered over, only open on Wednesday, so left a message. No reply. In the 2 weeks following left two more messages each Wednesday that the message stated they were open but they were not. Got a little nervous wondering what has happened to our tax return. Finally my message was returned on a Sunday morning that they are closed for holidays. Your message machine and website should have this information for customers. Communication!

Me and the wife have been going here forever. The Fella that always did our taxes was awesome. Then he retired. A new woman took his place and she then did our taxes last year. WELL. We always did ok and never had to pay anything to the government. Right away when this woman did our taxes for the FIRST time last year which has been the same for years so you know we now owed a pile of money. She screwed it all up. She should be fired. We will NEVER go there again!

Hi I am new to canada I filed my tax through them.they dint do it properly and there is no follow up as well.what they filed cra totally changed my refund.because i was not eligible for canada workers benefits i was not throughout a year in canada.h&r block should know right before fileing if I call and asked them about this careless answer like I should speak with cra itseems.my advice not do with them I had bad experience with them staff are not good not caring about our tax once filed

I did not do my taxes thru these guys thank God but I called for my son and was going to ask her to call my son being as he couldn't get thru and the woman was extremely rude and would not help at all
