Ken has helped me so much with my business taxes, both federally and provincially in Quebec.

He is a very empathetic person and was very supportive of the struggles we were experiencing as a business.

I called them because my accountant said he could not do cooperation taxes as i live in Quebec. At first phone call i spoke with Ken and he was nice then i filled the form he sent. Then i got a response after a while saying he will complete my taxes next week. Then i got an email back after a week saying my file will be completed another week after. Then after a while he wanted my bank account statement for the month for cooperation. I sent him the statements. Another day after i asked when he is planning to finish my taxes then i got a response saying usually it takes 10 business days to complete after receiving my bank statements. Really! Is this efficiency? Then the best part is i called and spoke and ken said he will complete my file by end of next week. Ok after a while i get another message saying his employee is ill and won't be able to work on my file and asked me to find another accountant. I am not sure how Ken received 5 star review. I wasted a month with this guy. If you are new client beware.

Ken helped me out with filing taxes 1 day before the deadline. He was professional and provided timely responses and worked late into the night to make sure we meet the tax deadline. Highly recommended.
