I have been taking my income tax to Mike for years. I submitted my income tax on April 24th. It was late for the first time ever. I needed to wait for a receipt to claim. He had my income tax for a month, then tells me he doesn't know when he can do it. If he didn't have time. he should have told me on the day I submitted it not a month after the fact. Based on his current situation he probably should have told many people he can't do it.

I am horrified with how you run a business. For you to take advantage of someone who is elderly and relied on you to do the business you where hired for. Taxes where given to you 3 weeks before tax deadline, and you lost them and did not file until we threatened to come and get are info back from you. The first time we followed up on status of our taxes we where told they will be done when they done. Then when we followed up a second time we where told there was no record of us. So you lost our info and did not file in time and we have to pay a 250 dollar penalty. You waived your fee of 80 dollars but that is just not enough unfortunately. You should be a proper business owner and reimburse us for the whole amount of the penalty and not just 80 dollars. I have filed a complaint on your better business bureau profile and see that someone else has the same exact complaint against you. I will continue to write bad reviews towards your business and will make sure everyone I know and everyone I talk to will continue to complain about your business and not use you services. H&R block can do taxes same day so what is your excuse!!!!!
