No timely communication on the part of the advisor. My father's death claim has been sitting for a almost week with no progress.

Edit: The fact that I am not a "party" on the claim was already disclosed to you by me in my first phone call when I notified you of the death. I provided you and Empire Life with all of the beneficiary's contact information and after 1 week there was still no reponse from you; the broker, which is what my review is based on...responsiveness. I will not remove my review as it is "bad for business" like you stated. In any instance, please do better when handling claims in a timely manner.
