New customer to Libro.
Really impressed with how friendly everyone was as I was getting setup with business banking. Right from the start, everyone was kind and helpful. On the phone, in branch, everyone.
I am happy with the service and feel my needs were met. Look forward to a long banking relationship with Libro.

Today the service level of our credit union hit a new low! The doors have been locked for three weeks but one could still bank at the drive through teller. Today when we tried to do some banking that avenue has been closed off. We are not of a mind to use ATMs, over the years we have had too many bad experiences! It's time you folks, our employees got inventive. This covid 19 situation is going to persist for most of the next year and the institution that comes up with a better way to service customers will gain a landslide of business!

I haven't been pleased with the services provided by this branch since I opened a business account in early January 2020. Closing the branch to walk-in traffic in March didn't do anything to make me change my mind. Today, after several minutes wasted on the telephone (they couldn't find me in their system) to make an appointment to go into the branch, I was able to walk out of the branch with some counter cheques without anyone ever asking me for identification or any type of verification at all. Not impressed again.

I love Libro. I have been banking with Libro since I was a child and have never been disappointed with their services. They helped with managing savings for my education right through to mortgaging my first home. The staff is always friendly and helpful and I trust their services 100%.

I’ve been banking at Libro for almost 40 years. Wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else. They get to know you Very personal service. There are some things I’m not too happy with but honestly, I doubt those things are different at other financial institutions. I like that they know who I am

This so called bank’s Sarnia branch is currently undergoing a renovation and they do not have an ATM available outside of business hours! Are you kidding me? I am sure I am still being charge for the service though. I now have to schedule my day around this stupid bank when it should be the other way around. Who’s serving who here.

I have banked with CIBC, TD, Scotia, RBC, Mainstreet and Libro. Libro is by far the worst bank I have dealt with when it comes to customer care and support.

The branch manager even had the audacity to lie to my face to try and cover their incompetence.

Kudos to Ashley at the Sarnia branch for professional and friendly service .I was frustrated when I was transferred in from the 1 800 number, she was very helpful and fixed my issue quickly. She made a frustrating situation right and I really appreciate her help. Excellent customer service today.
