I want to give a huge shout-out to Alicia! Without her, I don’t think I’d be driving my new Bronco Sport Badlands today.

Before meeting her, I had visited several dealerships but kept leaving frustrated. Nobody followed up, and I couldn’t find the specific trim I wanted with the Sasquatch package. I was honestly ready to give up when Alicia walked over and asked what I was looking for.

Instead of brushing me off, she encouraged me to sit in a Bronco Sport that was on the lot—even though it wasn’t the exact trim I wanted. She said, “At least see how it feels,” and even suggested a test drive just so I could get a sense of the vehicle. That simple gesture completely turned my experience around.

From there, Alicia went above and beyond. She searched across multiple dealerships, kept me updated by email every step of the way, and eventually found exactly the trim, packages and features I wanted. It literally had everything!! She took the time, put in the effort, and truly cared about making sure I was happy with my purchase. She combines knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care—and she carries herself with a confidence that makes you trust you’re in good hands. In a space where that presence really matters, Alicia absolutely shines.

I had four business cards from other dealerships and got nowhere. Alicia is the one who listened, followed through, and helped me fall in love with the Bronco Sport I now proudly own. Thank you, Alicia—you made all the difference!

I can’t say enough good things about Urban Ford and Alicia! She made sure I got exactly what I wanted. She was so kind and patient. She made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. The employees here go above and beyond for their customers. They had the car tinted for me and showed me exactly how to use all the features.
