Tried to deal with this office for my ICBC renewal and dealt with a lady named Rose. I was very offended when I was asked what nationality I was and if I speak Farsi. Was also told it was a must to provide my km’s. My vehicle is for business, I drive over 25,000 a year. It is not applicable for my vehicle use. Not only was I disrespected but did not even know icbc coverages. I am newer the area but will not be having dealings with this agency in the future. Her overall tone was a turn off

I deal with them on the regular, specifically Ashley. They look after my home auto and travel insurance. Ashley makes it so easy for me to get everything done that i go out of my way to see her!!! Definitely have recommended her to family and friends so in here to tell everyone else to go see her!!!
